This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead prospecting and headhunting initiatives.
• Identify candidates through various channels and evaluate resumes and applications with a high standard of quality.
• Assume proactive responsibility for role coordination that encompasses more than just scheduling.
• Facilitate interviews and manage multiple rounds of evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
• Provide clear communication with management and team members to deliver regular status updates.
• Embrace additional duties as necessary in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ideally, 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Recent graduates in Human Resources or Psychology are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to follow-up.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a startup setting is a significant advantage.
• Preference for candidates with in-house recruitment experience.
• Two-month paid sabbatical.
