Junior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and engage with influencers, content creators, and UGC creators for marketing initiatives.

• Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial outreach to performance analysis.

• Collaborate on content briefs, scripts, references, and secure content approvals.

• Manage production processes, timelines, and campaign deliverables.

• Evaluate campaign performance, lead generation, and overall content effectiveness.

• Aid the team in experimenting with new marketing concepts, creative ideas, and growth strategies.

• Maintain basic reports on campaign outcomes, budgets, and performance indicators.

• Work closely with the Creative, Growth, and User Acquisition teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, account management, or communication-related fields, or a strong passion for growth marketing.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Spanish (B2+).

• Enjoyment in working with content, communication, and creative assignments.

• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.

• Comfort with spreadsheets, basic analytics, and campaign data.

• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of fundamental performance marketing or User Acquisition metrics (a plus).

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM systems, or influencer marketing tools (a plus).

• Experience working with LATAM markets or international campaigns (a plus).
