Junior Graphic Designer – Parental Leave Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce graphics for both digital and print media.

• Assist the Art Direction & Graphic Design team by providing graphics and layouts.

• Develop newsletters and CRM materials, including marketing, automated, and transactional emails.

• Support the creation of digital and print materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and website designs.

• Ensure all design materials are in accordance with brand guidelines and the overall creative strategy.

• Share ideas for the visual evolution of the brand.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and meetings focused on campaign alignment.

• Collaborate with the team to devise creative solutions.

• Work in partnership with CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce teams.

• Collect briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets.

• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and software updates.

• Bring fresh ideas to enhance the visual language.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline; alternatively, completed vocational training in this field or an equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in graphic design is desirable.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong design abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• A strong passion for sustainability and an interest in the fashion industry.

• Fluent in both English and German.
