Junior Go-to-Market Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Heartbeat AI serves as our energy-optimization platform, consistently providing our customers with the cleanest and most cost-efficient energy solutions.

• You will take on operational accountability to identify effective strategies and rectify those that are not performing.

• You will guarantee the execution of initiatives across product development, sales, operations, and marketing.

• You will oversee and report on performance metrics: your decision-making will be guided by data.

• You will manage the operational framework of go-to-market initiatives and foster collaboration among product, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project-related, or operational role within a startup, consulting firm, or a fast-paced technology company.

• You possess an innate sense of structure: you decompose complex go-to-market workflows into manageable tasks and handle competing dependencies without losing focus.

• You are adept with data and reporting: you can design an effective dashboard, monitor KPIs consistently, and distill data into succinct updates for stakeholders lacking time for details.

• You follow through on tasks without needing reminders: you drive initiatives from conception to execution, proactively address obstacles, and ensure that cross-functional alignment extends beyond meeting discussions.

• You communicate clearly and effectively in both German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) — both in writing and verbally — across teams with varying priorities and backgrounds.

• You have a keen interest in the energy transition context — you seek to understand the scaling of a hardware-plus-subscription business rather than just managing the associated processes.
