Junior Global Partnerships Operations Manager / Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provisioning and managing employee access to SaaS platforms.

• Oversight and regulation of accounts and permissions.

• Creating and monitoring Jira tickets, including invoice and payment requests.

• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Excel.

• Engaging with internal teams, partners, and support departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in roles such as operations specialist, account manager, project coordinator, or customer support.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Dependability and accountability.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• Consistently meeting deadlines.

• Higher education (either technical or humanitarian) is preferred.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (both written and spoken).

• Fluency in Ukrainian.
