Junior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop backend business logic, data models, APIs, integrations, administrative workflows, customer-facing interfaces, and automated testing solutions.

• Participate actively as a full-fledged member of the engineering team from the start.

• Produce impactful work that goes into production.

• Utilize AI-driven development workflows using Claude Code and Codex.

• Engage collaboratively within a high-trust team by sharing insights, flagging potential issues early, and posing questions.

• Keep end users in mind and link technical choices to business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, to be obtained prior to the start of employment.

• Current students are encouraged to apply if they will graduate before the commencement date.

• Demonstrated practical programming experience through a capstone project, internship, personal project, open-source contribution, research initiative, freelance work, or another hands-on endeavor.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, including the ability to create, debug, and articulate logic.

• Familiarity with web development fundamentals, such as HTTP, APIs, authentication, databases, browser interfaces, version control, and automated testing.

• Strong logical problem-solving skills.

• Good product judgment.

• Must reside in and possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Standard work hours must overlap by a minimum of six hours with the Salt Lake City team.

• Previous professional software engineering experience is not mandatory.

• Prior experience with Laravel is not a requirement.
