Junior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance product features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Design responsive and accessible user interfaces.

• Assist in the creation and integration of REST APIs with Express.

• Model and query relational data utilizing PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.

• Validate data at application boundaries employing Zod.

• Write unit and integration tests with team support.

• Diagnose bugs and implement long-lasting fixes.

• Utilize AI coding tools such as Claude Code CLI and Codex CLI in daily workflows, critically reviewing their outputs.

• Collaborate with AI frameworks and APIs as the team develops AI-driven functionalities in the product.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and deployment processes.

• Assume greater ownership as skills and product knowledge expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or equivalent practical experience.

• A strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Proficient knowledge of React or another contemporary frontend framework.

• Basic understanding of Node.js, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols.

• Some familiarity with PostgreSQL or another relational database.

• Proven experience in software development through professional roles, internships, university projects, bootcamps, freelance work, or personal projects.

• Knowledge of Git-based workflows and automated testing processes.

• A genuine willingness to embrace AI-assisted development, including regular use of agentic coding tools like Claude Code CLI or Codex CLI and AI frameworks within the product.

• The ability to critically assess AI-generated code and provide explanations for submissions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfort in asking questions, receiving feedback, and implementing it.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
