Junior Forward Deployed Data and Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings to gain insights into their data and analytics requirements, challenges, and goals.

• Collect and specify requirements, converting business needs into defined scopes and specifications for solutions.

• Create and configure data visualization solutions and dashboards.

• Utilize platform functionalities to establish agents, workflows, and features that support analytics initiatives.

• Collaborate with data and KPIs to craft visualizations that meet clients’ objectives.

• Liaise with internal development teams to coordinate requirements for more intricate technical implementations.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, outstanding items, and overall project progress.

• Provide status updates to clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment of expectations.

• Collect feedback and suggest modifications to existing solutions.

• Record requirements, scopes, decisions, and pertinent information necessary for project execution.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of processes and the solutions provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or practical knowledge in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), data engineering, or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard development tools, including Power BI.

• Understanding of fundamental principles of data analysis and interpretation.

• Ability to transform information into business-relevant visual representations.

• Interest in or practical experience with artificial intelligence, AI agents, or solutions integrating AI and data.

• Capability to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical or functional solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to clients.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, deliverables, and multiple demands concurrently.

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

• Proficient in English for written communication and participation in internal meetings.
