Junior Financial Accounting Analyst – SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily financial accounting operations and activities.

• Support basic transactions and functions within SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

• Aid in account reconciliations and review financial data.

• Help with processing invoices and organizing accounting documentation.

• Execute basic data entries, updates, and verifications in SAP.

• Provide assistance to the team in addressing requests and following up on accounting-related issues.

• Engage in communication with regional teams across various countries in Latin America.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

• Basic knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP FI.

• A degree or educational background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a multinational setting.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a junior accounting or finance position is advantageous.

• Prior exposure to SAP Financial Accounting (FI) is beneficial.

• Experience in a multicultural or multinational environment is a plus.
