Junior Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Support the installation, upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment related to major retailer POS & IT systems.

• Acquire skills in diagnosing and resolving issues with guidance from seasoned engineers.

• Deliver friendly and professional on-site assistance to customers.

• Enhance practical IT and hardware expertise through structured training and hands-on experience.

• Configure and install relevant software as needed.

• Conduct routine inspections following established procedures.

• Provide assistance with special projects as assigned.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology, IT, or gaming.

• Ideally, a recent graduate from college or university.

• Eagerness to learn and engage with technical equipment.

• Effective communication skills coupled with a positive, professional demeanor.

• Dependability and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.

• Possession of a full and clean UK driving licence.
