Junior Event Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent planning, organization, and execution of events, trade show appearances, and webinars.

• Contribution of creative ideas and coordination of relevant themes and guests.

• Identification of potential industry experts and tech voices.

• Establishment of sustainable collaborations and active maintenance of existing partnerships.

• Acquisition, coordination, and support of speakers for events and formats.

• Optimal presentation of octonomy in external event formats through speeches, panels, or other appearances.

• Close collaboration with the marketing and sales team to purposefully develop events, trade shows, podcasts, and collaborations.

• Evaluation of event KPIs after projects using modern AI tools for process automation.

• Development of ideas for more efficient and impactful design of formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical experience in event management, cooperative marketing, or a similar role.

• Independent management of projects.

• Experience collaborating with speakers and industry experts.

• Excellent intuition for trends, exciting topics, suitable formats, and guests.

• Organizational talent and a self-directed, proactive working style.

• Willingness to take responsibility for projects and manage concurrent deadlines effectively.

• Clear communication at eye level with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry experts.

• Precise working methodology.

• Meaningful use of AI-based tools for data analysis, automation, or forecasting.
