Junior ERP Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide guidance to our clients on the deployment and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in the areas of Finance and Controlling.

• You assess current financial processes and create practical, digital solution concepts.

• You assist ERP projects from the initial requirements gathering phase through to go-live and beyond.

• You collaborate closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• You design and implement digital finance solutions, including e-invoicing, automated invoice processing, and document management.

• You facilitate workshops and training sessions, offering support to users in their daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess basic to advanced knowledge of financial accounting, particularly in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and, if applicable, payment processing.

• You have a strong affinity for IT and a keen interest in further digitizing financial processes.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and take pleasure in analyzing and preparing data.

• You are eager to collaborate with clients in developing digital finance solutions and supporting them through system implementations.

• Ideally, you have some experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV, or SAP.

• You utilize common AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini in your daily work and are skilled in using them effectively to achieve results.
