Junior Engineering Analyst – Quality Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the deployment of a LIMS across Aegea units, acting as the intermediary between the system provider and user units to ensure alignment in terms of technical requirements and scheduling.

• Convert guidelines set forth by the holding company into straightforward instructions for the units and provide the implementation timeline for the designated workstream.

• Manage and address requests from the units independently, escalating them to the manager when a strategic decision is needed, ensuring that the situation is well-structured and clearly articulated.

• Assist with additional technical matters, such as chemical usage in water and wastewater treatment facilities, performance analysis in quality operations and laboratories, as well as the creation of BI frameworks, area metrics, and dashboards.

• Comprehend the organizational structure of the holding company to direct the units in accordance with the proper standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in water and wastewater treatment, laboratory operations, and chemical usage in water and wastewater treatment facilities.

• Prior experience in the implementation of corporate systems, particularly LIMS.

• Proficient in Power BI or automation tools.

• Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Readiness to travel frequently, including trips lasting up to 15 consecutive days during critical phases of the project.
