Junior Energy Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and organize the rollout of smart meters in partnership with our German locations.

• Develop and enhance processes for our dynamic electricity tariffs.

• Manage energy market processes through effective market communication.

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and technical standards within the energy sector.

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, implementing measures to meet objectives.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

• Create and advance data-driven solutions for process automation.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses detailing the progress and outcomes of the rollout.

• Assist customer service in handling special cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in (energy) economics or a related commercial field, or vocational training (e.g., in a business or administrative area).

• Understanding of project management and process optimization.

• An analytical and structured working approach, with a solid grasp of technical concepts and solution-oriented thinking.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly.

• Proficient use of standard Office software and a quick learner when it comes to new software applications.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Bonus points for initial experience in the energy sector.

• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
