Junior Digital Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to refine backlog items, specifying business requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and preliminary estimates.

• Proactively identify and escalate initial product risks or issues in a transparent manner.

• Gather and organize user and partner team feedback for initial discovery efforts.

• Assist in conducting interviews and basic validation activities under the guidance of the design team.

• Support fundamental market analyses, desk research, and benchmarking activities.

• Document insights and evidence to inform future decision-making.

• Track basic product usage and satisfaction metrics.

• Share insights and indicators for improvement with the team.

• Maintain communication with operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements, dependencies, and project status.

• Work in conjunction with Tech, UX, Marketing, and partner teams for the daily management of the product.

• Foster customer relationships by gathering feedback, documenting findings, and coordinating responses with the Support team.

• Aid in release and update planning.

• Contribute to the transition of deliverables to Sales and Support teams.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the short- to mid-term roadmap.

• Operate within Product Ops and manage day-to-day operational requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an associate degree/technical diploma in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Design, or similar).

• Additional training or courses in Product Management are advantageous.

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or technology is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and requirements specification is essential.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity is a plus.

• Strong and objective communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
