This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in implementing and managing digital marketing strategies through social media, paid advertisements, and website optimization.
• Oversee, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages on various social media platforms.
• Ensure a uniform brand voice in all interactions within the community.
• Refer customer concerns or sensitive discussions to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Organize and distribute content across organic social media channels.
• Work alongside designers and content creators to produce engaging material.
• Monitor engagement metrics and compile regular performance reports.
• Aid in the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
• Track the performance, budgets, and pacing of campaigns.
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify suitable creators and influencers for user-generated content (UGC) opportunities.
• Generate campaign reports, highlighting essential insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content revisions.
• Help optimize landing pages for search visibility and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to carry out website updates.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a comparable role.
• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms like Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills and confidence in engaging with online communities.
• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow across various aspects of digital marketing.

• Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Elementor, WordPress, or similar content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website modifications.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
