This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Develop digital, print, retail, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
• Design layouts for promotions, product launches, store announcements, events, social media posts, email graphics, website banners, advertisements, flyers, signage, and various marketing assets.
• Create production-ready files ensuring proper sizing, resolution, bleeds, trim, safe zones, file formats, export settings, and vendor specifications.
• Manage high-volume production tasks, including resizing, versioning, copy changes, image placement, layout modifications, promotion updates, product graphics, store-specific materials, and final exports.
• Retouch and prepare product and lifestyle images, including color correction, cleanup, masking, background removal, cutouts, and basic compositing.
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, spacing, alignment, image treatment, logos, colors, pricing, promotions, and production specifications.
• Organize files, links, references, proofs, and exports to be easily searchable and accessible for the team.
• Assess assets for quality and accuracy prior to handoff, checking design, sizing, spelling, pricing, formatting, and production details.
• Assist with proofing, revisions, vendor handoff, printers, internal teams, and store operators.
• Support the creative and marketing teams in maintaining a swift workflow while upholding quality standards.
• 2–3+ years of experience in design, production, marketing, e-commerce, retail, or print production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, production, branding, retail, e-commerce, or marketing achievements.
• Knowledge of resolution, file formats, sizing, export specifications, bleeds, trim, safe zones, print setup, and vendor handoff processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding alignment, spacing, typography, image quality, file setup, pricing, spelling, and production precision.
• Strong organizational skills for files, including clean layers, naming conventions, links, packaged files, version control, and exports.
• Ability to work comfortably within templates, brand systems, and production guidelines.
• Fundamentals of photo editing, including retouching, masking, cutouts, cleanup, compositing, and image preparation for web, marketing, and print.
• Capability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented production tasks without compromising accuracy.
