Structural Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop new drawings utilizing as-builts, aerial imagery, field notes, and survey data.

• Prepare sheets, title blocks, notes, plans, and details for a comprehensive drawing package.

• Incorporate annotations and dimensions into foundation location plans, sections, and details for PDF review.

• Revise drawings as instructed by the Design Coordinator, Engineer, or Designer.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience with AutoCAD and Cadworx or Plant 3D.

• An associate degree or completion of relevant technical school courses, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Capability to manage workload independently and lead a small design team to achieve results.

• Strong organizational skills: Ability to stay focused and complete projects within budget.

• Attention to detail: The finer points are essential!
