Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative vision and implementation of graphic and motion-based materials across various projects and platforms.

• Create and animate motion graphics and microinteractions for websites, mobile applications, and video content.

• Generate 3D assets and animations for digital engagements, AR/VR experiences, and web interactions.

• Engage in creative brainstorming for new business proposals and pitch presentations.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve product interfaces through motion UI and visually-driven storytelling.

• Design fundamental web and app user interfaces, applying graphic design principles to interface layouts.

• Ideate and develop brand identities and visual systems for clients across various industries.

• Work closely with developers to ensure that creative concepts are practical, scalable, and technically robust.

• Contribute to the advancement of the Forge design culture with creativity, innovation, and a spirit of experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or a multidisciplinary Creative.

• Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement motion graphics, animations, and microinteractions.

• Strong portfolio that highlights motion work, 3D/multimedia projects, and brand identity design.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.

• Experience in designing for web, mobile, and emerging platforms (AR/VR, interactive installations, etc.).

• Understanding of creative processes in a technology-driven environment.

• Basic skills in UI design and component-based interfaces.

• Strong abilities in visual storytelling and presentation.

• A collaborative mindset and capability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

• Bonus points for experience with real-time rendering tools, Unity/Unreal Engine, or WebGL frameworks.
