Junior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Business Intelligence initiatives.

• Engage in discussions with business units to gather necessary requirements.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation.

• Work alongside business areas to implement analytics solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Collect, organize, analyze, and present data from diverse sources, primarily utilizing Delta Lake on AWS.

• Conduct logical data modeling in accordance with project specifications.

• Generate analytical and high-level visualizations using Power BI.

• Detect and resolve bugs, and update data in existing dashboards.

• Design and deploy dashboards on the Power BI platform.

• Perform dimensional modeling and construct Star Schema models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong aptitude for comprehending and translating business requirements into quantitative analyses.

• Proven experience in data analysis and KPI management.

• Familiarity with data storytelling techniques.

• Proficient knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), Power BI Service, Workspaces, Dataflows, and Datasets.

• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards using DAX and ETL, alongside SuperSet.

• Understanding of relational databases, preferably SQL Server.

• Knowledge of design tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Completion of courses in data analysis is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and their associated libraries is a plus.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Delta Lake on AWS is an asset.
