Junior D365 Business Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with their daily D365 Business Central inquiries and requirements.

• Aid in system setups and minor customizations.

• Record client specifications and collaborate with senior consultants to provide solutions.

• Engage in continuous training and certification initiatives.

• Acquire understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, and other fields.

• Attain practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Report to the BC Practice Leader within the Client Care POD.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or an early-career professional in IT, business, finance, or a comparable discipline.

• Minimum B2 proficiency in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in working with systems or data.

• Genuine interest in business operations through ERP platforms.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Passion for learning and professional growth.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central, other ERP systems, or basic programming languages such as AL or SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.
