Junior Customer Support, Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist and advise customers in both Dutch and English

• Address inquiries via email, chat, and phone

• Effectively identify and resolve customer problems

• Keep precise customer records and documentation

• Provide a professional and friendly service experience

• Work collaboratively with internal departments as necessary

• Native or fluent in Dutch

• Proficient in English

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
