Junior Customer Support, Dutch-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance and advice to customers in both Dutch and English

• Address inquiries via email, chat, and telephone

• Effectively identify and resolve customer issues

• Keep precise records and documentation of customer interactions

• Provide a professional and friendly service experience

• Collaborate with internal teams as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch

• Proficient in English

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused approach

• Willingness to work rotational schedules, including weekends

• Must be eligible to relocate or currently reside in Greece
