This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide customer support through Zendesk, chat, and telephone, ensuring effective and personalized service;
• Quote, book, issue, and reissue domestic travel services, which include air travel, ground transportation, accommodations, and car rentals;
• Utilize systems such as Sabre and E-LATAM, among others, with a user-level proficiency;
• Offer prompt feedback to the corporate department regarding incidents, including compliments, complaints, and suggestions for improvements;
• Keep the Help Center updated and accurate to ensure all information is current;
• Serve as a liaison between the corporate department and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Completion of a technical course and/or pursuit of a university degree in: Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Experience in providing customer service through digital channels;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience in corporate travel is advantageous;
• Intermediate English language skills are preferred.
