Junior Consultant – Public Sector Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the digitalization and transformation efforts for district, city, and municipal administrations alongside your project team.

• Assess and enhance processes linked to our financial software and the relevant specialist departments.

• Offer process and organizational consulting in close partnership with our clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct user training sessions following the implementation of software.

• Comprehensive and practical onboarding facilitated by a dedicated mentor, which includes seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences.

• A strong team-oriented culture paired with an independent area of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• A passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting.

• Experience in project management (ideally acquired through internships or working-student roles).

• A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

• An independent working style, strong self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Proficient written and spoken German language skills.
