Junior Consultant, Digitalization, Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute digital transformation projects for district, city, and municipal administrations in collaboration with your project team.

• Assess and enhance processes related to our financial software and the corresponding specialist departments.

• Deliver process and organizational consulting in close partnership with our clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions for users following software implementation.

• Receive thorough, hands-on onboarding from a designated mentor, which includes seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences.

• Foster a strong team spirit while managing an independent area of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• A passion for IT and a keen interest in consulting.

• Experience in project management, preferably through internships or working student roles.

• A commitment to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.

• An independent working style, with high self-motivation and strong organizational abilities.

• Openness to regional travel.

• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
