This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Analyze intricate business challenges and create organized strategies for solutions

• Develop decision-making materials for senior leadership

• Assume responsibility for specific workstreams within projects

• Organize data, formulate hypotheses, and conduct analytical testing

• Deliver project insights clearly and in a manner suited to the audience

• Collaborate closely with seasoned consultants

• Acquire firsthand knowledge of clients’ strategic decision-making processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding degree in business, engineering, or another technical field

• A minimum of one internship or working-student position in management consulting

• Ideally, experience in handling strategic or project-related challenges

• Analytical and methodical approach to intricate subjects

• Detail-oriented work style and a strong commitment to result quality

• Ability to quickly assume responsibility and adapt to new topics

• Clear communication tailored to the specific audience

• Proficiency in both German and English languages

• Willingness to travel as required for project activities

• Submission of school-leaving certificate, university degree certificate, and all employment references is mandatory
