This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support the processing of lease and sales data, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.

• Guarantee precise data entry into the system and manage the documentation necessary for lease and sales processing.

• Generate comprehensive commission breakdowns utilizing the designated system for sales transactions.

• Ensure commission breakdowns are accurate, timely, and delivered to brokers and escrow for payment processing.

• Collaborate closely with brokers and escrow teams to verify the accuracy of commission calculations and address any discrepancies as needed.

• Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets regularly.

• Extract reports from various sources, input data into software systems, and verify accuracy.

• Conduct routine data entry tasks, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

• Oversee, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails on behalf of the team or department.

• Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.

• Compose and send professional emails as necessary to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

• Update and maintain the CRM system with client information, interactions, and progress tracking.

• Ensure CRM data is current and accurate for easy access by the team.

• Assist with reports and monitoring related to CRM usage and performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Preference for candidates with some experience in accounting, finance, or commission-related roles.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication abilities and a capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Basic knowledge of payroll, receivables, and financial reporting.
