Junior C# Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Converting application storyboards and use cases into functional applications;

• Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code;

• Ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;

• Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and creating solutions to address these issues; and

• Upholding code quality, organization, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant development experience in an IT development environment;

• Completion of Grade 12 in accordance with national senior certificate requirements (Umalusi endorsed, must include higher grade Mathematics with at least 70%);

• A relevant IT certification from a recognized and reputable issuing authority, such as A+, N+, MCSE, MCP, MCT, VCP, VCSP, among others;

• Proficiency in C#, along with a solid understanding of its ecosystems;

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles;

• Ability to write reusable C# libraries;

• Comprehension of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications;

• Familiarity with continuous integration, Microsoft SQL, JSON, Angular, and the .NET Framework;

• Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests;

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
