Junior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will identify strategic opportunities and broaden our urology network in the East Bavaria region by proactively building and nurturing partnerships with specialist physicians.

• You will assess your customers’ needs and communication styles, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

• You will represent Kranus Health at medical conferences and trade exhibitions, leveraging these occasions to unlock new market potential.

• In close collaboration with our marketing and events team, you will assist in implementing targeted strategies to drive market success.

• You will independently plan and prioritize your weeks, execute targeted activities, and monitor your progress using clearly defined KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed or are nearing completion of a degree in Health Management, Sports Science, Nutritional Science, or a related discipline.

• Ideally, you possess initial experience in business development, such as through an internship or working-student position.

• You are communicative, enthusiastic, and enjoy engaging with people.

• You quickly grasp new topics and can convey them succinctly.

• You have a strong hands-on approach and are eager to showcase your sales talent.

• You hold a Class B driving license (car).

• You are a native-level German speaker and are confident in your English communication skills.
