Junior Business Developer, Projektmanager – Kundenservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You play a significant role in enhancing our online marketplace's user-friendliness and efficiency through new projects, processes, and the introduction of tools.

• Automation, particularly through AI tools, is a key focus.

• You evaluate company-wide developments and new tech features for their relevance to customer service, ensuring the implementation of customer service requirements in development when necessary, and oversee the operationalization within the customer service team.

• You analyze the current state of existing processes, utilizing available customer inquiries, and identify optimization potentials through data and process analyses.

• Based on this analysis, you derive appropriate measures, present them, and take full responsibility for their implementation while keeping economic aspects in mind.

• You collaborate closely with various departments such as Tech & Product, Marketplace Support, Logistics, Finance, and Legal.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.

• You possess initial practical experience in project management or business development, ideally in e-commerce or customer service.

• You thrive in a highly agile work environment with frequent changes and are eager to drive these changes.

• You demonstrate an independent work style and prioritization skills, and your pragmatic approach allows you to advance multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• You are tech-savvy and data-oriented, with ideally some experience in utilizing AI tools and transforming business processes to incorporate AI support.

• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

• You communicate clearly, representing the viewpoints of customer service while engaging with various stakeholder groups.

• You possess excellent German (minimum C1) and very good English skills (minimum C1), feeling comfortable speaking English regularly in your daily work.
