This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Oversees the gathering and analysis of requirements for new solutions and system implementations.
• Works closely with stakeholders to pinpoint business needs and convert them into functional specifications.
• Ensures that business objectives align with technical solutions.
• Proactively identifies and addresses functional risks that may affect solution scalability or user adoption.
• Sets pre-implementation baselines to enable measurable comparisons with post-launch results.
• Designs and executes frameworks to evaluate solution effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Develops dashboards and reports to monitor adoption rates, performance enhancements, and business outcomes.
• Conducts post-implementation evaluations and suggests optimization strategies.
• Ensures data integrity within dashboards so that senior management can make decisions based on a single source of truth.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Converts complex data into engaging narratives and actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Delivers findings, recommendations, and impact assessments to senior management.
• Manages expectations and effectively communicates project status.
• Adheres to all internal rules and regulations of the Company.
• Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) - minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
• Advanced Excel skills: including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling.
• Awareness of emerging technologies in the learning sector.
