Junior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Clearly and confidently communicate to establish trust and develop effective relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Elicit and discuss both functional and non-functional requirements with relevant stakeholders.

• Analyze current specifications and the actual solution to derive requirements.

• Present requirements to the team while offering support during grooming and testing activities.

• Break down the requirements into backlog items and manage the backlog effectively.

• Maintain and update the solution specification documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT business analysis, with a focus on creating technical documentation.

• Quick learner: Demonstrated ability and eagerness to self-educate in a new industry within a short timeframe.

• System thinking: Capability to analyze products, assess impacts, and consider risks.

• Strong communication skills, enabling interaction with both technical and non-technical individuals, as well as management.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, allowing fluent communication with clients and international team members.

• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to the needs of clients and team members.
