This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address and follow up on client inquiries related to support and incidents.
• Assist in validating functional specifications prepared by the product team.
• Manage support tickets by evaluating the validity of client reports, accurately classifying the tickets, reproducing or simulating issues, and providing evidence to facilitate resolution by the development team.
• Guide clients through package deliveries and related procedures, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle complaints and non-conformities associated with tickets; in critical situations, escalate to the relationship/products team and your leadership.
• Offer support to the relationship team during client status meetings regarding support, as needed.
• Technical high school diploma in technology or currently pursuing a university degree in technology or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of programming logic.
• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in technical English is a plus.
