Junior Billing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Strengthening the payment team to identify new business growth opportunities.

• Automating operational processes and enhancing payment infrastructure.

• Conducting in-depth analytics of the payment infrastructure.

• Developing data-driven hypotheses to optimize metrics.

• Identifying patterns and drivers of performance indicators with suggestions for improvements or traffic distribution within the existing infrastructure.

• Detecting gaps in the infrastructure, researching, and proposing solutions for their resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Payment Operations, analytics, or operational consulting (experience in Risk Operations will be a plus).

• Basic understanding of the payment domain, its processes, and key metrics.

• Ability to analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and assess their impact on product metrics.

• Experience with Tableau and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Skills in creating instructions/prompts for AI (Claude).

• Understanding of how acquiring systems and payment gateways operate.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
