This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide support to customers.
• Establish new business relationships and recruit sales partners over the phone.
• Play an active role in the sales process while receiving ongoing assistance from team leaders.
• Independently manage your daily tasks and celebrate personal sales achievements.
• Regularly update the team lead and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Some prior experience in telesales or door-to-door sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong active listening skills.
• High levels of self-motivation and a solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient German communication and writing skills.
