Junior Attorney – Consumer Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Junior Attorney specializing in Consumer Law.

• Engage in negotiations with PROCON.

• Deliver client services and facilitate negotiations.

• Utilize legal expertise for straightforward cases.

• Oversee deadlines and manage routine tasks.

• Create clear and objective written communications.

• Demonstrate initial autonomy with responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a completed law degree.

• Understanding of Consumer Law and PROCON processes.

• Background in client service and negotiation.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent writing capabilities.

• Strong skills in argumentation and advocacy.

• A sense of curiosity.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and proactivity.

• Experience negotiating with PROCON.

• Fluent or advanced-level proficiency in English.
