Junior Asset Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate the financial performance of designated properties across various markets.

• Analyze operating statements, budgets, occupancy trends, and critical performance indicators.

• Discover opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and overall asset performance improvement.

• Collaborate with property managers to ensure that properties meet or surpass their financial targets.

• Join forces with property managers to tackle operational and financial issues.

• Formulate action plans with property managers to elevate property performance.

• Guarantee the consistent application of company standards and best practices throughout the portfolio.

• Foster positive working relationships with property managers and cross-functional teams.

• Compile reports detailing property financial performance.

• Deliver performance updates to company leadership.

• Engage with internal teams and external partners to achieve results.

• Employ technology and AI tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.

• Utilize technology to boost efficiency in workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably possesses experience in property management, asset management, real estate, finance, or a related field.

• Exhibits strong financial and analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting reports and identifying trends.

• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in record-keeping.

• Proficient in Google Mail (Gmail), Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and Loom.

• Shows interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows.

• Capable of establishing positive working relationships with property managers and cross-functional teams.

• Possesses strong follow-up skills when collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• Able to work independently and devise solutions to challenges.

• Capable of remaining flexible and proactive in response to changing priorities.

• Demonstrates a self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to work.

• Maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in supporting the team.

• Strong commitment to honesty, transparency, and integrity.

• Available to work from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in alignment with U.S. business hours/client time zone.
