Junior Architecture Analyst – Building Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop architectural designs using Revit through various stages (technical feasibility, site survey, conceptual study, preliminary design, and construction documentation), ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards while optimizing costs.

• Evaluate client requests to identify necessary conditions and materials for service execution.

• Aid in managing project modifications and confirm coordination/compatibility across different disciplines.

• Collaborate with externally developed designs, communicate with suppliers, and oversee related expenses.

• Assist construction, permitting, finance, and other teams in maintaining updated and controlled project documentation and systems.

• Adhere to operational controls relevant to your responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Proven experience in developing large-scale projects (buildings, churches, hotels, etc.).

• Required intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Familiarity with Twinmotion or similar rendering tools (preferred).

• Experience with collaborative project development platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (preferred).
