Junior Analyst, Digital Solutions Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop contemporary applications across various frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to convert business challenges into technical solutions and quickly prototype new tools.

• Showcase concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to diverse audiences, effectively conveying value, functionality, and impact.

• Employ time management skills to successfully deliver software product designs and prototypes within specified timelines.

• Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and peers to identify business challenges and deliver proposed design solutions through high-fidelity wireframes.

• Utilize best practices in the software development lifecycle to design and develop web and mobile solutions, while swiftly prototyping and iterating on innovative digital tools to address complex business and operational challenges.

• Promote user experience best practices and stay updated on industry trends in UX and UI design.

• Present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating business value, technical strategy, and anticipated impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical area.

• Proven track record of delivering precise work products in a cross-functional matrix environment, managing multiple competing priorities.

• Experience in applying design thinking methodologies to address complex business challenges.

• Strong capability to convert ambiguous challenges into structured concepts, prototypes, and user-centered solutions.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (e.g., using Figma or similar tools).

• Experience collaborating with developers to translate designs into functional applications.

• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on digital solutions.

• Strong visual communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of user research methods and principles of usability testing.

• Familiarity with modern web/mobile development frameworks and system architecture concepts.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with shifting priorities.
