Junior Agile Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist agile teams in embracing and implementing agile practices in their daily activities, fostering small, ongoing enhancements to processes.

• Collaborate in identifying and documenting obstacles, aiding facilitators (Scrum Masters, Agile Masters) in their resolution.

• Support the organization of agile ceremonies (including daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring these meetings are held consistently and focused on their intended goals.

• Help gather data and maintain basic team performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in roles associated with agile methodologies.

• Valid certifications such as:

• - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)

• - Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), II (PSM II), or III (PSM III)

• - Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Lean Agility

• Experience in implementing large-scale agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
