Junior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Maintain communication with existing partners, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing assistance with any technical or organizational issues.

• Monitor the quality and volume of incoming traffic on a daily basis, analyzing key metrics.

• Proactively seek out new webmasters, media buyers, and affiliate teams via chats, forums, and social media platforms.

• Confidently conduct cold outreach and successfully close deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Core iGaming Knowledge: You possess a clear understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models, as well as the distinction between a click and a first-time deposit (FTD).

• Experience: Approximately 6 months of experience in another affiliate program or network.

• Languages: Proficient in both written and spoken Ukrainian and English, with a strong grasp of grammar.

• Analytical/Technical Mindset: A degree in STEM, Technology, or Economics is highly desirable.

• Your Interests: It would be a plus if you are passionate about sports, cryptocurrencies, or actively utilize AI tools in your daily life or work.

• Your Soft Skills: Exceptional Communication Skills: You easily establish rapport with others, demonstrate active listening, construct compelling arguments, and enjoy networking.

• High Efficiency: You take initiative, do not wait for tasks or reminders, and effectively filter out distractions to accomplish your goals.
