This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Serve as a liaison between solutions engineering, customer support, customer success, operations, finance, and product teams.
• Participate in the daily operations team to comprehend the supply chain and pinpoint shipment-level challenges.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to uphold high NPS scores for the brands.
• Work closely with the Customer Support team to assist in triaging account-level issues.
• Minimum of 1 year of operational experience with B2B clients, focusing on data presentation and analysis.
• Strong pattern recognition abilities, capable of identifying trends and connections within data.
• Takes full responsibility for tasks and their outcomes.
• Motivated by tackling new and unprecedented challenges, providing clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment in collaborating with others.
• Natural collaborator with diverse brands and internal stakeholders.
• Maintains composure under pressure and adept at managing difficult conversations.
• Well-organized and proficient across various platforms and tools (experience with Zendesk, Notion, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus but not mandatory).
• Capable of analyzing extensive data sets to create compelling narratives and identify recurring themes.
