Junior Account Manager, Spanish, English, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support in managing and developing partnerships.

• Assigning tasks to teams in outsourcing and composing instructions.

• Distributing communications to partners and gathering feedback.

• Overseeing projects related to news channels.

• Addressing partner inquiries (common questions, onboarding assistance).

• Providing support in all CRM chat interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, and ability to communicate) - B2+ level.

• Fluency in Russian - C1+ level.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in negotiation, collaboration with contractors and partners, and handling claims.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
