Junior Account Manager, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and nurturing relationships with current clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy sectors.

• Supporting the execution of Retail Media strategies, which includes campaign briefings, monitoring, and reporting.

• Working closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams.

• Aiding in the formulation of growth initiatives, such as cross-selling and upselling ideas.

• Coordinating timelines and preparing for client meetings.

• Engaging in internal knowledge sharing sessions, project evaluations, and staying updated on industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some professional experience (1–2 years) in online marketing, e-commerce, or media — for instance, through internships, student employment, or an initial full-time position.

• A strong interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing.

• A foundational understanding of online advertising (e.g., Google, Meta, or Amazon is beneficial but not mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills, an organized approach to work, and a passion for exploring new tools.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and proficient English skills.

• A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams.

• Competence in using office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
