Junior Account Manager, E-Commerce, Retail Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with current clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy industries.

• Assist in executing retail media strategies, including campaign briefings, tracking, and reporting.

• Work closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.

• Play a role in identifying growth opportunities, such as cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

• Coordinate timelines and prepare for client meetings.

• Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, project evaluations, and industry briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or media, gained through internships, working student roles, or an initial full-time position.

• A keen interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing.

• A foundational understanding of online advertising; familiarity with platforms like Google, Meta, or Amazon is advantageous but not mandatory.

• An analytical mindset, organized working approach, and eagerness to learn new tools.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and possess good English skills.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for engaging with clients and internal teams.

• Competence in using office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
