This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance and solidify our presence in the designated territory;
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory;
• Follow up with both existing and new partners to offer system training;
• Position the brand effectively within the travel industry through ongoing product presentations and networking events;
• Resolve incident issues, ensuring partner support;
• Control payments: monitor and guarantee accuracy in transaction processing;
• Allocate approximately 10% of your working time to business trips, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related engagements;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
• Provide regular detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems;
• **Market Knowledge.** Familiarity with the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• **Language Proficiency.** Fluent in English; knowledge of German and French is a plus;
• **Travel Requirements.** Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time;
• **Analytical Skills.** Experienced in data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numbers;
• **Personal Attributes.** Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, eager for innovative technology, and comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, team player;
