• Account development: Identify, engage, and establish lasting relationships with key clients in the transport and logistics sector throughout the DACH region.
• Sales strategy: Create and execute customized sales strategies, which include market research, identification of new clients, and tailored sales presentations.
• Pipeline management: Build and sustain a robust upsell pipeline through proactive lead follow-up and by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts; target: 15% growth with current customers in 2026.
• Product knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our SaaS solutions and effectively communicate their value to prospects and existing customers.
• Presentations & demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and online, that cater to the specific needs of customers.
• Customer growth & expansion: Foster long-term customer relationships, pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive measurable account growth.
• Negotiation & closing: Spearhead contract and pricing negotiations to secure new business and enhance existing partnerships, including executing our new commercialization strategy.
• Revenue accountability: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and quotas.
• New business development: Proactively pursue new business through outbound initiatives, discovery calls, networking events, and by leveraging your own network.
• Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to ensure the sales strategy remains relevant and effective.
• CRM & reporting: Diligently document all sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting tools in a timely manner.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably focused on key accounts.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the transport and logistics industry is a distinct advantage.
• Enjoys proactive prospecting and building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and goal-oriented.
• Experience in building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• AI-minded approach: You actively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency—be it for research, outreach, preparation, or pipeline management. You are curious about possibilities and take initiative in exploring new methods.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time, occasionally on short notice.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written — mandatory.
