This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• The primary objective of this role is to cultivate consistent and stable sales within designated industries and regions by fostering and sustaining relationships with customers, including both market leaders and smaller entities in sectors such as machine building, robotics, and automotive electronics.

• Additional objectives involve contributing to company growth through suggestions for process enhancements, innovative ideas, and proposals for new initiatives.

• A key quantitative goal is to meet individual sales targets while managing a portfolio of customers who speak English as well as Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.

• Engage with incoming warm leads, providing support and nurturing relationships.

• Focus on acquiring new clientele.

• Build a pipeline of opportunities within specified industries and/or geographical areas.

• Oversee the sales cycle, from initial customer outreach and inquiries to receiving orders and ensuring a steady flow of repeat business.

• Maintain communication with customers throughout all phases of the project, serving as their primary contact.

• Consistently and accurately document the sales process in the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for sales and a commitment to supporting clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proven success in sales within industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.

• An enthusiasm for IT and digitalization, with a proactive approach to utilizing modern technologies and software.

• Knowledge of metalworking, 3D printing, and injection molding is a significant advantage.

• Preparedness and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

• Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
