Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• The primary objective of this role is to cultivate consistent and sustainable sales within designated industries or regions by building and sustaining relationships with customers, including both market leaders and smaller entities in sectors such as machine building, robotics, and automotive electronics. We seek to implement best practices in sales and account management.

• Additional objectives involve contributing to the company's growth by proposing process enhancements, innovative ideas, and suggestions for improvement.

• A key performance indicator is meeting individual sales targets while managing assigned accounts that communicate in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.

• Engage with an influx of warm leads, providing support and nurturing relationships.

• Identify and secure new customers.

• Develop a pipeline of opportunities within specific industries and/or geographic areas.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from the initial customer outreach and inquiry to order receipt and ensuring a steady stream of repeat orders.

• Maintain communication with customers throughout all project phases, serving as the primary point of contact.

• Consistently and promptly document the sales process within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Passionate about sales activities and dedicated to supporting clients. Strong customer orientation is essential.

• Proven success in sales within industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.

• Enthusiastic about IT and digitalization, with a readiness to utilize modern technologies and software actively.

• Knowledge of metalworking, 3D printing, and injection molding is a significant advantage.

• Willingness and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

• Proficiency in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian at a full professional level.
